INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP, MOTIVATION, DISCIPLINE AND COMPETENCE ON APARATURE PERFORMANCE IN SIMPANG MAMPLAM SUB-DISTRICT OFFICE, BIREUEN DISTRICT ACEH PROVINCE

 The study was conducted on 125 offices of SimpangMamplam District Bireuen Regency. With the aim knowing and measuring 1) influence leadership performance Apparatus, 2). motivation 3). effect work discipline 4). competence Apparatus. research method used is a quantitative verification approach, with path analysis method. Descriptively, results showed that there support from Camat Leadership reaching 79.68 percent, this should be optimized again so employees received clear directions Camat's concern for its employees. Likewise motivation, discipline, employee competency factors. It appears new reached 69.70 while level 74.65 percent. but has only 70 analysis, 95 percent confidence level, show 1). There an aspects to improve performance, both direct indirect through owned by employees, 19.98 2) significant between 21.03 percent.3). While contribution factors, as well relationship support, competence, Leader-ship, amounted 16.84%. 4) And factor which no less important must contributes improvement Simpang Mamplam Office staff in Regency 18.35 coefficient determination (R2) 0.578 explains camat leadership, Performance 57.8%.
